Triad Building Solutions traces its roots back to 1991 when Gary Hamilton, armed with an architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma and professional experience, founded Hamilton Construction Company in Los Angeles. Gary's realization that his true passion lay in building relationships, coupled with a commitment to honesty and character, fueled the company's growth for the next 15 years.

Hamilton Construction Company thrived as a small to mid-sized commercial contracting firm, prioritizing relationships with clients and subcontractors over simply chasing projects. The company, guided by principles of integrity and a caring attitude, grew into a $20-25 million enterprise, specializing in public works projects and interior tenant finish-outs for prestigious clients such as LA City, LA County, UCLA, and USC Universities.
In 2004, amidst the changing climate of Los Angeles, Gary made a pivotal decision to relocate his family to Granbury, Texas. Over the next 11 years, he lent his expertise to a prominent real estate capital company, overseeing the construction of notable hotel complexes in Dallas.
However, the desire to revive his own construction firm, driven by the same principles that fueled its inception in 1991, became irresistible. Thus, in 2016, TRIAD Building Solutions was born. The company's unwavering commitment to fostering relationships with clients and subcontractors remained intact, serving as the cornerstone of its business approach.
